1. Our Club

Ipswich Hockey Club is a friendly and successful men's and women's club based in Ipswich, Suffolk in the UK.

We are ClubsFirst Accredited and are recognised as working towards providing a safe, effective and child rriendly hockey environment.

The club has won over 16 national titles, 2 EH cups, 2 European silver medals and 1 European bronze.

We run 5 mens senior sides and 5 ladies senior sides, as well as mixed, masters and junior teams.

We are able to provide hockey for both men and women at all levels and for all ages.

Women's Hockey
Our women's 1s play in the National League East Conference, and have been playing at that level for 24 of the last 26 seasons.

Men's Hockey
The men's 1s have recently gained promotion to National League East Conference and are coached by club stalwart, Nick Fry.
The men have great success indoor, gaining double promotion two years ago to National League Div 1.

England, GB and International Players
The club has been home to many England and GB International players including: Mariette Rix, Leisa King and Olympians Sandie Lister, Vicky Dixon, Jo Ellis, Harry Martin, George Pinner, Hannah Martin, James Gall and Jo Thompson to name a few. Current Masters internationals include: Sarah Bamfield, Lizzy Wheelhouse, Sarah Daley, Allison Glading, Emma Rix
