Ipswich Hockey
Club is a successful Men's and Women's club based in Ipswich ,Suffolk
in the UK. The club has won
over 16 National Titles,
2 EH Cups, 2 European Silver medals and 1 European Bronze.
We run 5 Men's Senior sides and
5 Women's sides, as well as
Mixed, Veterans and Junior teams. We are able to provide hockey for both
Men and Women at ALL levels and for ALL Ages.
Our
Women's 1's played in the
English National Premier League
for 19 consecutive
seasons but after relegation in 2009 play in the National
Conference East, they
are current East Conference Champions (09-10).
Indoors the team reached the
semi final of the National Finals for four
consecutive years (2005-2008) an event
held at Birmingham NIA and televised on Sky Sports. The Men 1's also
had several seasons in the English
National Conference East but
currently play in the NE14Hockey.com
East Premier A League.
The
club has been home to many England
and GB International players,
Leisa King and Olympians Sandie Lister, Vicky
Dixon and Jo Thompson to name a few. Current stars

The
club are particularly proud of the thriving and successful Junior section and are always on the
look out for potential stars. Our Girls U18 Team
are current
National Plate Champions (09-10) and were the first team to
win successive titles in 04 and 05. Junior sessions, open to all ages 6-18 run
weekly on our two astro-turf pitch's.
We are also part of Ipswich Sports Club ,a members only
club that has over 1,500 members. This link offers us access to
top class tennis and squash facilities, as well as access
to the newly refurbished Gym, Sauna, Steam Room and clubhouse at Henley Road.
Hockey membership includes UNLIMITED
tennis, squash
and gym use.
