East Premier League
Bedford v Ipswich
1pm away
3rd placed Ipswich travel to league leaders Bedford on Saturday and the Suffolk side will be looking to reproduce the type of play that blew Norwich Dragons away last weekend.
Ipswich are the only team left unbeaten in the league but 4 draws see them sit 5 points behind Bedford, who have lost only once to Wapping. For the first time this season Ipswich are able to put out an unchanged team and that consistency may be key to getting another 3 points.
Ipswich coach Mariette Rix will be hoping her strikers are in the same deadly form as last Saturday and that the whole team approach the game with the same passion and determination.
"Travelling to Bedford will be a tough challenge" said Rix" They are current league leaders and have won the league in the past, so we will have to be at our very best to make sure we get maximum points."
One thing that is not in doubt, is that the match is likely to provide some pre-bonfire night fireworks as both teams will be keen to claim a vital win.
