have mixed luck but Women's sides record clean sweep of wins.
The
Women's 1's hit Clifton for 6 with a convincing 6-0
victory that sees them close in on a play-off spot. Only 4 points
separate them from 2nd place. With 1 more game to play against
Chelmsford the team will be keen to go into the Xmas break on
a high. The
Women's 2's beat Cambridge University 2's 2-0 and saw
themselves move up into 4th place with a game in hand over
3rd. A re-arranged game v Bourne on the 17th Dec could see
them enter the Xmas break in 3rd place. The 3's
bounced back with a good 4-2 win over Bury 2's. The 4's
also won 2-1 against Sudbury 4's to give the Women a clean
sweep of wins this week.

far and can enjoy Xmas knowing that they are in a good position
for next year.

1's
must stay focused to claim another win.
The
Women's 1's travel to Bristol to play bottom side Clifton
but know that they cannot underestimate their opponents who
are fighting for their Premiership survival.

Lizzy
Aldous who scored 2 goals last weekend.
The
Women's 2's face Cambridge University 2's and will want to
get back to winning ways. The 3's will still be
smarting after losing to Harleston but face another tough
derby game against Bury 2's. The 4's too will
want to get back on a winning run, this week they face Sudbury
4's, who are only 4 points behind them.
The Men's
1's will be looking to build on their great display last
week as they travel to Oxford to play Oxford Hawks. Hawks have
only won 1 game but Ipswich must not be complacent.

Andy
Swindin who scored his second EHL goal last weekend.
The 2's are
pushing hard for a promotion spot and this week play bottom
team St Neots, a high scoring win is on the cards.. The 3's are
desperate to play some hockey and will pray that their game
against mid-table Pelicans 2's will go ahead. The 4's
play table toppers Felixstowe 2;s and will need to be on top form
to get a result. The Vets play Norwich exiles at
home.
These
are the last league games for some teams so a win would see
them go into the Xmas break with a real spring in their step.
